Earning Your Certificate of Completion
Complete the 3 required courses (57 hours). The program may be completed within 1 semester or extended over 3 years. You may also register in individual courses provided you meet prerequisites.
The comprehensive Sales Development Certificate of Completion is designed for new sales professionals or those looking to enhance their current skills. Completion of the program may qualify you for advancement or lead to an entry-level sales position.

Relationship Sales Process and Methodology
Develop your knowledge and skills using the five essential steps of the sales process known as the Socratic Method. Follow the natural communication process between the buyer and seller of goods and services and use a case study method to apply your new knowledge. .
