Nursing Alumni Chapter

The Nursing Alumni Chapter was started in April of 2008. Your Chapter Board members will continue to work together to grow and develop a chapter that is attractive to all Nursing program alumni.

Mission

To provide opportunities for nursing alumni to network and form partnerships with others in the Mount Royal community and other MRUAA alumni chapters
To expand relationships and networking opportunities with the current Mount Royal student community
To promote opportunities available to nursing alumni for academic and professional development at Mount Royal
To support community and charitable causes
To preserve and celebrate the history of the Nursing Programs
To promote the interests and welfare of the Chapter and the Mount Royal University Alumni Association (MRUAA)

Get involved

We are looking for new members. If you are one of the many alumni from the Mount Royal Nursing Program and would like to get involved please contact James Parsons at jjparsons@mtroyal.ca or 403.440.7047 or Joanne Cabrera at joanne.cabrera@albertahealthservices.ca.

The membership is open to Nursing and Advanced Nursing Specialties Alumni, current and retired faculty who attended programs at Mount Royal and fit the criteria for alumni status.
