Welcome to Mount Royal Residence

Living in residence is more than simply "living on campus." It's a fabulous way to take your learning and academic success to a higher level.

Residence Services is committed to providing a safe, secure and supportive living learning community. We strive to be inclusive, responsive and respectful of the individual. The environment is designed to enhance and develop both the personal growth and academic success of the student, and their role as a responsible community member.

New Student Guarantee

Residence Services is able to gurantee placement for all new students who are enrolled in their first year at MRU. In order to be eligible for this first year guarantee all new students must apply and have their Security Deposit paid by June 15.

MRU services	Everything you need. You're only a short walk from those 8 a.m. classes, the Library, computer labs, top-notch fitness facilities and on-campus special events — a campus built to serve students' needs.

Live-in staff	Trained professionals and student Resident Advisors live on-site, helping create a positive living and learning environment. They’re part of Mount Royal’s commitment to residence life — and your success.
Safety	With 24-hour, on-campus security, an escorted SAFEWALK program and key card/coded building entry, Mount Royal works hard to ensure the safety of residents.
