Introduction to Business Process Management
Business process management (BPM) strives for continual, incremental and sustainable process improvement to optimize business performance. Review the role that BPM plays in improving costs, time, reliability and innovation in an organization. Business Process Modelling and Analysis
Process activities must be understood and analyzed to be managed effectively. Learn to identify and document stakeholder requirements in order to gather actionable intelligence. Business Process Management Final Assessment Paper
Incorporate the business process principles and tools acquired in the previous courses for the Final Assessment Paper. Write an assessment and implementation plan that focuses on managing business process improvements for assessment by instructors. Your paper will be assessed on how well it incorporates BPM principles and tools acquired in the previous courses.
Prerequisite: Previous six (6) certificate courses.
