Who Should Take this Program
This program is designed for management, professionals and teams who lead or support change as part of their role, including human resource professionals, organizational development specialists, project managers, business analysts, business process analysts, public administrators, and consultants. It is relevant to varying change management roles in all sectors, including, but not limited to; healthcare, IT, oil and gas, education, financial services, government and nonprofit.
Earning Your Extension Certificate
Complete the seven required courses and two optional courses (135 hours). The program can be completed in a minimum of two semesters or extended up to three years.

Preparing for Change
Develop an understanding of the issues and environmental requirements needed for change to successfully take place. Discover tools and techniques for assessing organizational readiness, capacity and preparedness for change. Continuing the Journey: Managing and Sustaining Change
No change is complete without measurable and enduring results. Examine specific tools and methods for defining metrics and assessing the success of implemented change efforts. Course details
Prepare and Present Applied Change Management: Final Project
Get together with your instructor for a three-hour prep class prior to starting your final project. Learn what you will need to do to succeed in this class. At the conclusion of the semester you will meet again to present your findings to your instructor and classmates.

Applied Change Management: Final Project
Apply the key principles, tools, techniques and strategies acquired throughout previous courses to your final project. Select a real-life project or situation and successfully plan and implement a change management effort. Prepare a written report which captures your analysis, observations, lessons learned and successes.
