Ayurveda: Basic Principles and Practices

Be introduced to the basic principles and practices of Ayurveda, a 5,000-year-old medical tradition from India. Ayurveda uses basic universal principles which, once understood and implemented, bring about a balanced state of body, mind and consciousness. Health is not simply an absence of disease, but a balanced functioning of all bodily processes. Gain a clear understanding of your own constitution and the tools to empower you in all relationships in your life.

BodyTalk Access
Learn the foundations of the BodyTalk system and wellness tolls for every day. The well-established non-diagnostic therapy uses evergy medicine as well as the body's innate ability to heal itself. By understanding the key concepts and learning five fasic technieus you will see a positive effect in your life. Beginners welcome - no experience necessary.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
Learn to take control of your stress response in this beginner course. The MBSR approach was developed Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, world renowned for his research at the University of Massachusetts and his best selling books. This approach to stress reduction teaches you to develop a capacity for mindfulness through meditation and gentle stretching. You will increase your capacity for deep relaxation, become fully awake in every moment of life. You will also acquire skills to access powerful inner resources to help you meet life challenges, and lessen the impact of stress on your mind and body.
