Yoga therapy is an emerging profession brought about by the popularity of yoga. It presents a model for wellness that can be applied to chronic and acute conditions.

Yoga therapy students are experienced yoga teachers who want to learn the advanced skills required to create holistic treatment plans for one-on-one sessions and special populations. Yoga therapists create individualized treatment plans to address common health issues and individual well-being, recognizing the interconnection of mind, body, emotions and spirit.

This part-time program has a unique delivery model. As a yoga therapy student you will complete the program through a combination of in-class week-long intensives, online courses and practicum hours in your own community.

We are a member school of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
