This industry-recognized certificate is specifically designed to train Surface Rights Land Administrators. Build your skills in interpreting different types of land ownership, leases and agreements while delving into legal concepts, acquisitions and divestitures, and environmental regulations. This certificate also includes a case study course – providing you the opportunity to apply your knowledge while solving real-life challenges.

Upon completion of this program, in addition to the outcomes of the Introductory Courses, you will be able to:
Earning Your Extension Certificate
Complete the nine required courses (216 hours). All required courses must be completed within 5 years.

Review surface rights terminology and different types of land ownership, leases and agreements.
