Level II — Advanced Studies in Critical Care Nursing
Level II Advanced Studies in Critical Care Nursing students are required to take 2 theory courses and a focused clinical practicum. At least one of the theory courses must be from Mount Royal. Students determine their desired clinical focus and plan courses to facilitate learning in this area prior to the clinical experience. The student then plans clinical objectives in consultation with program faculty which meets their clinical focus.

Clinical courses
Students complete 105 hours of clinical practicum in a clinical area related to their course objectives.
