Jim has a wealth of experience as a theatre practitioner, teacher, examiner, and adjudicator. Since graduating with a Master of Fine Arts in directing from the University of Calgary, Jim has been teaching speech arts and drama at Mount Royal University. He is a co-founder and director of the Conservatory’s Young Shakespeare Company. Jim also teaches theatre arts with the University of Lethbridge, Calgary campus. When he is not teaching, Jim stays busy as an actor and director in the professional theatre in Calgary. He is currently touring a play that he co-wrote called, Rhyme Rustler: The Ballad of Robert Service.
