Dr. Vodder's Manual Lymphatic Drainage: Basics
Manual Lymphatic Drainage facilitates healing by stimulating lymph flow and drainage. Through a pumping and stretching effect, lymph flows faster and stimulates the formation of new connections between lymph vessels. Scientific investigation in Europe has made this the most-researched massage therapy technique. MLD® can treat post-mastectomy lymphedema, migraines, sports injuries, scar tissue, acne, post-operative pain, plastic surgery and arthritis.
