This course introduces theories and applications of current, voltage and power, Kirchoffs’ current and voltage laws, capacitors, electricity and magnetism fundamentals as applied to circuits and machines, inductors, circuits and systems, instrumentation, circuit design, DC and AC circuit analysis, DC and AC machines, and first order circuits and transient analysis.
Prerequisites: Mathematics 1217 or equivalent, with a C- or higher.
