RELS 3331 – Religious Perspectives on Suffering

The course will examine and critique positions that traditional philosophers of religion have taken in response to the fact of suffering, as well as those positions taken by a variety of
nonwestern religious traditions.

Recommended Preparation: Religious Studies 1101, 1103 or 1105.
