Mount Royal's Bachelor of Science-Health Science prepares graduates to participate in this rapidly growing sector by providing them with a solid understanding of human physiology, anatomy and cellular processes.

Health Science graduates will be well prepared for further study in health-related professions including medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, veterinary science, and physical therapy. This degree also prepares graduates for entry-level employment in fields including, but not limited to health care, medical research, and product development in the food, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
Other opportunities exist within the life sciences sector for employment in more business-oriented roles, such as product development, regulatory affairs, quality control, sales and marketing.
Rapid innovation and ever-expanding access to information increases the demand for knowledgeable people who are able to interpret and communicate information about life sciences for other professions and the general public.
