Renting The Bella & other facilities

A variety of instructional and performance spaces within the new Conservatory facility will be available for rental. Bookings reservations will commence in late 2013 (revised date).

The Bella concert hall

Premium soft seat venue suitable for concerts, recitals, corporate events, video presentations and recording, and broadcasting.

Generous stage (176 square metres), with full loading dock on stage level.

774 audience capacity, including 15 wheelchair spaces (final capacity subject to change).

The Bella lobby

Two-story open concept lobby (800 square metres) with bar service and coat check facilities, suitable for multiple uses from private receptions to full dinners for 150 persons.

Large Ensemble Room and other rehearsal spaces

Large Ensemble Room (249 square metres), suitable for rehearsals, small recitals and receptions.

A variety of smaller rehearsal spaces and classrooms.
