SECTION 2: CRITERIA
The Emeritus/Emerita designation recognizes outstanding achievement in at least one of the following areas: teaching,
scholarship, and service. For more information on criteria, please refer to the
Academic Emeritus/ Emerita Designation
Evidence of the following criteria will be considered by the University Honours Committee in determining eligibility for
the Emeritus/Emerita designation and both criteria must be met:
(1)
significant contributions and exceptional service during their tenure at Mount Royal;
and
(2)
ongoing relationship with Mount Royal University following retirement.

has made an extraordinary contribution and connection to Mount Royal.
