SoTL Reading Group for 2018
As last year, we are thrilled that Jonathan Mee is facilitating a SoTL reading group that will meet regularly throughout the semester. Group members are taking turns presenting a SoTL paper of their choice. The next meeting is 2pm, Friday, January 26th in EL 2462. Ana Colina will be presenting and discussing the following:

Please note that the Institute's Symposium on Scholarship of Teaching and Learning will not be held in 2017 since Mount Royal University through the Institute for Scholarship of Teaching and Learning is co-hosting, with the University of Calgary, the 2017 International Society for the Scholarship of Teaching & Learning (ISSOTL) Conference, "Reaching New Heights" in downtown Calgary from October 11 - 14, 2017.
Our annual Symposium on Scholarship of Teaching and Learning will, again, be held in November, 2018.
We hope to see you at ISSOTL 2017 in Calgary, October 11 - 14, 2017.
The Institute sponsors an annual Forum on Scholarship of Teaching and Learning which brings together senior higher-education administrators, private and public-sector stakeholders, and campus leaders who are committed to fostering and promoting systematic scholarly inquiry across the international post-secondary landscape. These events are often organized in partnership with national and international organizations and societies, and range in focus from institutional leadership to the role of students as co-researchers.
In 2014, TransCanada PipeLines Limited became a co-sponsor of the Forum.
