How to order a Mount Royal transcript

Digital and paper transcripts are available as follows:

  • Digital transcripts are issued via MyCreds. If you wish to share your transcripts with another post-secondary institution or an employer, you can do so at a cost of $16 per share, but there is no initial charge to upload the document. 
  • Paper transcripts are issued via standard mail at a cost of $20 per document.
  • Unofficial transcripts are also available at a cost of $5 per document. 

Note: unofficial transcripts may not be considered acceptable by the receiving institution.

 

 Request Transcript Online


Only the following student types can order online:

  • Credit Students (including upgrading) whose records are from 1986 to present
  • Continuing Education & Extension Students whose records are from Fall of 1999 to present
  • Language Institute Students whose records are from Fall of 2004 to present

To order your transcripts online

  1. Login to MyMRU
  2. Select the Home tab.
  3. Select Online Services for Former Students & Employees.
  4. Select Student Records & Transcripts
  5. Select Request Official Transcript

 

 In-person, fax or mail


You can order your transcript by completing a Transcript Order form from the Office of the Registrar. This form can be submitted to the Office of the Registrar by fax, mail or in person. Do not email this form if providing credit card information. If you come in person, you will be asked to show a piece of photo ID. You will also be asked to provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Date of birth
  • Student ID # (if known)
  • Name and address to which the transcript is to be sent
  • Number of transcripts required
  • Your signature and date
  • Daytime telephone number
  • Whether you would like the transcript(s) held for current semester grades until the credential is awarded or mailed immediately
  • Visa or MasterCard with an expiry date (any emails sent with credit card information will be automatically deleted)

When ordering by mail, payment may be made by credit card, cheque or money order payable to Mount Royal. In-person, payment may be made by debit, cash, cheque, money order or credit card.

A transcript request may also be submitted by email.

You will be asked to provide:

  • Your full name
  • Date of birth
  • Student ID # (if known)
  • Name and address to which the transcript is to be sent
  • Number of transcripts required
  • Daytime telephone number (please note you will be contacted to provide payment information)
  • Whether you would like the transcript(s) held for current semester grades until the credential is awarded or mailed immediately
  • Date of attendance
