Personal Fitness Trainers help clients achieve their health and fitness goals by designing and implementing safe and effective exercise programs for all abilities.

Using current Canadian health and wellness techniques, learn how to conduct physical and lifestyle assessments and use training principles to create personalized fitness programs.

Through a blend of theory and practice, gain new skills in the health sciences, injury prevention and care, exercise prescription and program design, strength training and adaptive communication.
