Don obtained his Bachelor of Nursing from the Calgary Conjoint Nursing Program through Mount Royal College and the University of Calgary. His previous clinical experience has been within the areas of adult mental health, occupational health, and primary care. Don joined the School of Nursing at Mount Royal University in 2011 serving in the role as the Clinical Resource Nurse overseeing clinical placement coordination.
