Carson Taylor

BHPE — Sport and Recreation Management, Class '18

I graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Health and Education degree with a major in sport and recreation management. After working at Mckenzie Meadows Golf Course and working on my golf game throughout my degree I passed my playability test and became a golf professional in 2017. I am now working at The Winston Golf Club in Calgary serving many roles for them. Along with being an Assistant Professional, I am also the Junior Program Coordinator and the Social Media Manager. The education I received at Mount Royal allowed me to be very well-rounded and played a large part in helping me get a great job in which I love. My goal is to one day be the General Manager of a golf course and I believe my education and experience will help me get there.
