Ongoing support and counselling groups
Support groups are a great way to meet others with shared interests and goals in a safe environment. All drop-in sessions are free and facilitated by a counsellor. Join a drop-in session and feel connected and supported throughout your academic journey at MRU.
Looking for single-session training? Check out our workshops.
In person every Wednesday: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. | Rm U216A
For more information or to indicate your interest in being contacted about future sessions, please contact us at counselling@mtroyal.ca.
Are you an international student? Looking for an opportunity to connect with other international students? Please join Kristen Chappell from the ISSC and Jennifer McCormick from Student Counselling in conversations about your experiences. Topics for the group will be based on attendees' interests and are often focused on challenges, successes, and the international student experience. Come, connect and build a community!
