Workplace Investigations
The university recognizes that all employees should work in an environment that is psychologically safe, healthy and respectful, and that is free from harassment. The university is committed to addressing conflict in the work environment in a fair, timely and respectful way — although, not every issue will necessitate a formal investigation.
The workplace investigation standard operating procedure is informed by the nature of the issue and the employee group(s) involved (Management, Exempt, MRFA, MRSA, etc) and the applicable Mount Royal University governance document.
