Born and raised in rural Alberta, Gisele moved to Calgary in 2001. She was missing a sense of community so she joined the team in the Department of Health and Physical Education in 2010 when she felt right at home walking the halls at MRU. In 2014, the practicum program for the BHPE expanded so she became the lead practicum coordinator and assistant to academic advising. She loves to have conversations about career aspirations and to work with young people pursuing their dreams.
