Instructor Profile:
Pam teaches Geog 1105 - Introduction to Mapping, GIS and Remote Sensing, and Geog 2553 - Geographic Information Systems to students in most any program of study: Geography, Environmental Science, Geology, Archaeology, Anthropology, Criminal Justice, Information Design, Biology, Business (and others!). Lecture content is supported by hands-on, practical applications making these courses useful for adding practical skills to a students' academic and personal toolbox.
Main areas of scholarly interest and/or expertise: Pam's main interest lies in the fields of Cartography and GIS analysis, with an emphasis on Weather/Climate data.
