Supporting Processes
Each fall, the academic quality assurance coordinator reviews the schedule of programs up for review. The list of programs up for review will then be provided to Provost's Council for information purposes. In December of each year, the academic quality assurance coordinator meets with the deans to discuss upcoming reviews in their area and any scheduling changes that may be necessary. Early in the winter term, upon the request of the program, information sessions will be provided to explain the program review process with chairs and/or program coordinators who may lead the self study team in the review.
Programs that decide to write their self study report in the fall semester will receive an initiation memo and orientation in the spring. Programs that intend to write their self study reports in the winter term will receive their initiation memo and orientation in the fall.
