Teaching:
Dr. Cullen joined Mount Royal University in 2023. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics, Justice, and Policy Studies in the Criminal Justice Degree Program. Dr. Cullen’s teaching focus includes: criminological theory, quantitative research methods, mental health and addictions, and young offenders.

- Examining Cannabis use Patterns and Behaviours during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Canada: A Multi-wave Analysis of the National Cannabis Survey. Funded by Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction (CCSA) & Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC)
