Info for students
All MRU students are welcome to participate in Research and Scholarship Days, as individual presenters or as part of a team of collaborators. Research presentations can be focused on findings or projects from any course which you are enrolled in, not just your major. Research conducted outside of courses, but supervised by an MRU faculty member is also eligible. Projects completed in the Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 terms are eligible for entry.
How to participate
There are multiple events students can participate in during Research and Scholarship Days. All students are welcome to participate in the university-wide poster presentation and their faculty-specific events. Please see the event details below which include key deadlines and the abstract submission form.
Have you completed a research project over the fall or winter term? Share your research with the MRU community as part of the University-wide poster presentation event.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your research project involved human subjects and required ethics approval from the Human Research Ethics Board (HREB), you must disclose that and include your HREB Protocol number in the submission form to prove you received ethics approval.
