Mount Royal University (MRU) is committed to supporting employees who require workplace accommodation based on the protected grounds defined by the Alberta Human Rights Act. In the workplace the protected grounds that most commonly arise include physical disability, mental disability, family status and religious beliefs.

To initiate an accommodation request, please complete the Workplace Accommodation Request Form.
If you are requesting workplace accommodation on the basis of physical and/or mental disability, you will be required to provide detailed medical documentation from your physician. Employee Wellness will determine if your physician will need to complete the MRU Medical Assessment Form.
