MRU Student Counselling Walk-In Services
Call or walk over to Student Counselling Services and inform the reception that you need urgent help. Student Counselling Services offers walk-in counselling services for same-day support. This service is available during the afternoons from Monday to Friday, for MRU students only. Call the number below to find out what time walk-in appointments begin on the day you need support. These sessions are shorter than a regular appointment, lasting approximately 30 minutes, and are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis; more urgent concerns will be prioritized.

After Hours Peer Support Centre
The After Hours Peer Support Centre offers free, confidential, compassionate and non-judgmental support for any student in crisis or distress. Our trained volunteers offer peer support, crisis management and information and resources for students who need someone to talk to.

Saturday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
