Need urgent support? Visit or call Student Counselling Services and inform reception.

Walk-in sessions are available to MRU students Monday to Friday afternoons on a first-come, first-serve basis, with urgent cases prioritized. These sessions are shorter than a regular appointment, lasting approximately 30 minutes. Call for daily start times.

After Hours Peer Support Centre

The After Hours Peer Support Centre provides free, confidential, and non-judgmental support for students in crisis or distress. Trained volunteers offer peer support, crisis management, and resource referrals.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 2 p.m. -9 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
