Work Integrated Learning
Work-integrated learning (WIL) is designed to help students develop the career-readiness skills that both employers and graduate supervisors want their recent graduates to demonstrate. The Psychology Department at Mount Royal University has taken a unique approach to offering students WIL opportunities by embedding components into individual courses.
