The Safety Program Manager position is a newly created role within the Security Services team.

This position is dedicated to developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs across campus. Our Safety Program Manager is responsible for creating safety awareness initiatives, conducting training sessions, and assessing safety risks to develop effective safety plans for both students and employees.

Whether you’re looking to proactively enhance your safety awareness or need guidance following a specific concern, we are here to support you. Our approach focuses on:

  • Proactive Safety Planning – equipping you with knowledge and strategies to navigate campus with confidence.

  • Campus-Specific Guidance – helping you understand available resources and options, on campus. 
  • Safety Talks & Education – offering discussions on personal safety, awareness, and risk prevention.

Meet our Safety Program Manager: Oladipo Jabagun

Oladipo Jabagun joins us with a deep commitment to safety and a genuine passion for community well-being.


With a strong background in safety management, Oladipo’s experience within the social work and human services field brings a unique and holistic approach to campus safety. His professional journey spans various sectors, including non-profit organizations, school districts, mental health and addiction agencies, and correctional facilities. This diverse background has equipped Oladipo with a deep understanding of crisis management, risk assessment and program development, which will help us continue creating a safe and supportive campus environment.

Oladipo’s decision to pursue a role in campus security is driven by a convergence of professional passions. Having worked in diverse settings throughout his career, he has gained invaluable insights into the unique challenges faced by students and employees. It was these experiences that reinforced the critical need for a proactive, person-centered approach to safety – one that prioritizes well-being, education and resilience.
