Adding or gifting funds to a ONECard is quick and easy, with multiple options available to suit your needs.

Adding funds

You can easily add money to your ONECard on-campus or online! To add funds to your ONECard, you can:

• Use the Fill Station Kiosk, located with the first floor printers in the Riddell Library and Learning Centre. This self-service kiosk allows you to add money to your Flex Account at any time, using credit, debit, cash (bills only), or Apple and Google Pay. Your funds will be available instantly.
• Use the Transact eAccounts app on Android or iPhone to add funds to your Flex Account.
• Visit the ONECard desk in the Cougars Campus Store (H100).
• Log in to the ONECard portal.

Gifting funds

Gifting funds to someone else's ONECard is easy for parents, guardians, or anyone else who wants make it convenient for a student to purchase food or course materials on campus! You can add funds to a ONECard anytime using a credit card. All you need to know is the recipients Mount Royal email address.

When you gift funds to the MRU Eats plan (allowing for use at one of our on-campus dining facilities only) or the FlexDollars account (allowing for use at our on-campus dining facilities, the Cougars Campus Store, and printing services) you can be confident the money is being used on campus at one of our participating retail locations.
