Reset in Nature

Join us as we dive into the world of nature and how it can be a tool to support our wellbeing. With facilitator Khatija Westbrook, you will be invited to participate in simple exercises where you will interact with nature around you. These exercises can allow you to explore being in the present moment, connect with the more-than-human-world through your senses and foster a connection with others through a shared experience. There is no right or wrong way to do the exercises; feel free to follow your own body and modify the exercises as it feels right.
