PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Recipient of the 2024 Teaching Excellence Award from SAMRU, Abdul takes pride in making complex concepts relatable and engaging. He has also been recognized with the Champion Award for his exceptional student impact.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE & CURRICULUM DESIGN
Abdul has designed and taught a range of courses, from International Market Entry Strategy to Global Business Environment to Cross-Cultural Management. He thrives on equipping students with practical skills to navigate the complexities of global business.

RESEARCH AND SCHOLARLY WORK

Abdul is currently engaged in three major research projects:
  • Investigating inter-organizational networks and exploring how network structures vary across countries.
  • Analyzing the role of business school networks in fostering partnerships and enhancing rankings.
  • Examines how companies in the semiconductor industry adapt their M&A strategies amidst global tensions, contributing to the dialogue on friend-shoring and reshoring.
These projects reflect his deep interest in understanding the dynamics of global collaboration and competition.
