As an academician and researcher, Dr. Juliet Ikhide brings experiences from working in various levels within diverse university environments to her role at Mount Royal University. She has teaching experience from teaching in Dundee, Scotland, Cyprus (Northern), and Puebla, Mexico. Her teaching method is highly participative, inclusive, and learner-focused, empowering students to take ownership of and contribute to the learning process.

Dr. Ikhide's research interests primarily focus on human resource management, particularly in the areas of sustainable work practices and flexible work arrangements.
