BIOGRAPHY

Marli is a qualified Chartered Professional Accountant with a passion for students and their development.  She has been involved in student mentoring for numerous years at various Universities around the world and has lecturing experience in undergraduate and postgraduate business degrees and diplomas.  Before moving to academia permanently, Marli worked in public practice and industry where she has gained extensive knowledge and experience in assurance, full cycle accounting under IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial planning & analyses, policies, processes, and internal controls.
