BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Rose (Nasrin) Asgharzadeh is an Assistant Professor of General Management and Human Resources at the Bissett School of Business, Mount Royal University. With over 14 years of experience in higher education, she is a distinguished educator and researcher specializing in human resources and transition management. Dr. Asgharzadeh earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education-Development Planning from Shahid Beheshti University (SBU), one of Iran’s premier academic institutions. Her diverse expertise encompasses university teaching, project leadership, and research, with a strong focus on education, internationalization, and human resources management.

Dr. Asgharzadeh has held several prominent academic and leadership roles, including serving as Program Chair at university and as a Strategic Board Member at the UNESCO Chair in Management, Planning, and Education, where she played a pivotal role in developing impactful educational strategies. She is a published author with books released by respected publishers and has written numerous articles in prestigious academic journals. Additionally, she has delivered keynote addresses at national and international conferences, significantly contributing to academic discourse and policy development.
